Our #BigSmile dream became reality, after years in planning, but it was and is so extremely worth it, see what teamwork achieved in just under 2 weeks – a lot!
This is a planned approach we estimate over 7 years / for a 22-acre site delivery construction project, delivering a Community Center & Sports & Skills Learning Academy along with external park areas.
The whole meaning is to give diverse support to the community to make their own chances and gain an education for empowerment and community inclusions.

What amazing things we achieved with our volunteers
This is just some of the things that the UK team of volunteers and the local community volunteers achieved together:
The site is mobilised & ready to receive groups of volunteers from April 2020 from the UK providing a safe place to deliver the build.
These Volunteers facilities and plant compound take in 5000m2 of secure yard area, with full site security, developing as the project concludes into a vitally needed local Community Center hub providing inclusive support across.
Full drainage ablutions facility.
Made safe 1200m2 children playground and usable after many years of neglect.
Organised the collection and removal of over 100T Rubbish Organised the redistribution of 150T top soil to make the site compound level.
Delivered by running a local crew of civil workers and plant operators.
Directing and facilitating erection, fitting out, painting and installation of Steel Cabins, and 1000m of secure steel fencing to #BigSmile colour specs.
Facilitated & appointed key utility providers working with our design team.
